Taj Online LLC seeks Business Operations Specialist in Decatur, Georgia.
Work with senior management to analyze business operations and smoothen its operations, in close consultation with senior management. Implement and maintain suitable technologies for smooth operations of sales and inventory control. Develop a system to update price, product pictures and inventory availability online, seamless and real-time with in-store operations. Maintain, update and upgrade company’s web store and online presence. Search engine optimization, ranking, marketing, production server setup and maintenance. Work with creative design and production of advertisement and marketing materials, using creative photography, design and enhance using required software and resources. Perform credit card processing with fraud prevention system– especially CNP environment. Keep operations up-to-date– software, system and hardware. Responsible for assisting with day to day smooth business operations (online and retail) and supporting product areas. Work as a focal point between upper level management and coworkers to prioritize plans, work activities, and performance of business operations.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus two years of experience. At least one year of experience in similar nature online retail industry. Well versed in Web technology, search engine marketing and optimizations, with a high degree of experience in online operations. Experience in web design and development. Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and Microsoft Servers.
